Register for the PRO Fall Trade Show

STEP 1: SPONSORSHIP

SKIP TO STEP 2: Badges if your company already selected a combo sponsorship package for Spring/Fall 2026.

Combo Sponsorships include participation in both Spring and Fall Conventions. If you do not have a sponsorship, please email Lona Moody at lonam@promaster.com to select your sponsorship for only the Fall 2026 convention.

Badge registration is required for every vendor and every show. You must complete the form in Step 2 for all badges after submitting your sponsorship.

STEP 2: BADGES

Each person attending the show must complete an individual badge registration.

You will receive an individual discount code to your main contact person for the badges included in your 2026 sponsorship package.

Additional badges are $150 each.

Badge registration deadline is August 31st, 2026.

STEP 3: HOTEL

Please follow the link below to make your hotel reservations at the PRO discounted rate ($169/night).

Hotel reservations are due by August 31st, 2026. Rooms are available until the room block sells out or August 31st, 2026, whichever comes first.
