STEP 1: SPONSORSHIP SELECTION & BADGE REGISTRATION
We are now using Whova to help manage our event. Sponsorship Selection and Badge Registration are now combined into one step! The main contact for the event will register through Whova by selecting the sponsorship level. Then names will be added to the booth in Whova to complete registration (see instructions below). Badges will be created for all names added to the booth. Click here for a help guide from Whova for exhibitors.
Combo Sponsorships include vendor participation in both Spring and Fall Conventions. You will only need to register for badges in the Fall when registration opens.
Vendor badges will NOT be sent out in advance of the show. Badges and trade show exhibitor packets can be picked up at the registration table. All sponsorship levels include two badges, additional badges are $100 each.
Sponsorship selection deadline is January 31, 2024.
Badge registration deadline is March 1, 2024.
Looking for badge registration?
To add and edit your booth staff registrations, you will need to access our event directly in the Whova event app. After completing your registration, you should have received a confirmation email directly from Whova with a link back to your booth. STEP 2: HOTEL
Make sure anyone attending the show has a hotel room, follow the link below for the PRO discounted room rate of $142/night. Rooms are available until the room block sells out or February 26th, 2024, whichever comes first.
