Register for the PRO Spring Trade Show

STEP 1: SPONSORSHIP SELECTION

Click here to check out a PDF of all the sponsorship options. Sponsorships have been revamped for 2026, so make sure to give it a close look. Full Year Sponsorships include vendor participation in both Spring and Fall Conventions.

The main contact for the event will register through Eventify by selecting the sponsorship level through the Sponsorship Registration button below. On the final page of Sponsorship Registration you will have the option to pay through Eventify or pay offline and PRO will bill you directly.

Sponsorship selection deadline is January 30, 2026.
Badge registration deadline is March 2, 2026.

STEP 2: BADGE REGISTRATION

After completing your Sponsorship Registration, you will receive a coupon code for the number of complimentary badges included in your sponsorship. This coupon code is specific to your company and will be emailed directly to the contact that completed the Sponsorship Registration. The contact who registered for the Sponsorship will count towards one of the complimentary badges unless we are notified otherwise.

• Platinum: 6

• Gold: 4

• Silver: 3

• Bronze: 2

Use the code from your email to register for your complimentary badges. Additional badges are $100 each and can be purchased at the same time.

Badge Registration is due March 2, 2026.

STEP 3: HOTEL

Make sure anyone attending the show has a hotel room, follow the link below for the PRO discounted room rate of $159/night. Rooms are available until the room block sells out or February 16, 2026, whichever comes first.
